İMAT AKSESUAR started its manufacturing journey in 1993 by producing hinges and handles in response to the growing demand for window accessories caused by the rapid development of the PVC window sector. In 1995, the company established its own mold workshop, and in 1997 it became a fully equipped mold production center capable of CAD / CAM based, computer-aided plastic and metal injection mold design. In the same year, with the technical cooperation of a German company, it established its metal processing department and a fully automatic espagnolette production line. In the following years, by further developing its metal processing department, the company began manufacturing locks, lockable espagnolettes, and various side accessories, and started exporting these products to Germany. In 1998, in addition to the metal processing department, a metal casting department was established and production of aluminum door and window handles began.
